We are proudly family owned and operated.  A Colorado native himself, owner-operator Tim Stegeman created Curb Appeal Property Maintenance after more than 10 years in the industry to offer his "inside the business" perspective and experience to property managers without cutting corners and service.

We understand that INSIDE your business is where the money is made, and OUTSIDE is where the first impression is created.  No other property maintenance company really understands or cares for that image--your image--as sincerely as Curb Appeal. 

Actually, before creating Curb Appeal, owner/operator Tim Stegeman was a highly successful operator of dining and entertainment venues where he was particularly picky about the condition and appearance of his property--inside AND out.  In his 25 years in the hospitality service industry, Tim had a different mantra than most, believing "you may not be able to please everyone all the time, but you better try anyway and every way to do just that!" 

Sure, cleaning and maintaining properties may be an acquired taste as chosen professions go, but Tim truly loves his work and the clients he serves.  And, as a Colorado native, Tim is sees the great personal value there is in improving his community while providing for his family.
